IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and CQ Fluency Inc, located at 2 University Plaza Drive, Suite 406, Hackensack, NJ 07601, to provide translation services, Citywide. The contract term shall be from January 1, 2024 to November 30, 2030, with no option to renew. The contract amount will be $1,500,000.00. PIN: 25OC012801R0X00 / E-PIN: 81625W0015001.
 
The proposed contractor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method ("NCSP"), pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
