The ACS IVR system hosted by DIRAD is an integral part in facilitating vital connections between ACS, provider agencies and families who are prioritizing the needs of New York City's most vulnerable children. The hotlines that are hosted on our IVR provide critical assistance for parents seeking childcare voucher payments and adoption subsidy payments. Our ability to continue to have updates to IVR prompt announcements, transfer options, IVR enhancements and to have a robust 24/7 support and maintenance agreement in place is critical to the agencies outreach efforts which ultimately save children from dire situations.
