Description

Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rules, Section 3-05, the Queens County District Attorney intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Cellebrite Inc, with the expectation that Cellebrite will be awarded a (3) three-year renewal subscription with the QDA for the Premium ES licenses. Cellebrite Premium is a comprehensive on-premise solution that enables law enforcement agency to access iOS and high-end Android devices. No other entity has the rights to license or service Cellebrite software. Any qualified vendor that wishes to express interest in providing such product and believes that at present or in the future it can also provide related software, and services is invited to do so by submitting an expression of interest to Procurement.
