The Administration for Children’s Services (“ACS”) directly or indirectly (through contracted providers) operates facilities including child welfare, juvenile justice, and administrative facilities throughout the five boroughs. ACS seeks a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, materials, services, equipment and required accessories to perform on-call locksmith and window guard installation services citywide for those facilities and for residential private dwellings of ACS clients and other locations that ACS may identify.
