The New York City Public Housing Preservation Trust (“the Trust”) is pleased to invite you to submit a proposal for Owner’s Advisory Services for Alternative Project Delivery Program. The Trust seeks appropriately qualified firms (each “Respondents”) to provide overall program consulting, advisory, and owner’s representative services for the Trust’s design-build and other forms of alternative project delivery programs and projects using delivery methods such as “Lump Sum or Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Design-Build”, “Progressive Design Build”, “Construction Manager at Risk”, and “Construction Manager Build.” For clarity, this RFP is not for delivery of projects by a contractor or for the services of a design-builder.
