Description

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for New York City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). The District Attorney's Office of New York County is seeking a vendor with extensive experience working with criminal justice stakeholders to develop integrated criminal justice data and analytics platforms. Eligible organizations must possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in justice system data integration; 
  • Prior experience working with DANY or other New York City District Attorney’s Offices;
  • Prior experience integrating siloed data from NYPD, DOC, OCA, CJA and DCJS;
  • Prior experience developing a data model that tracks a standardized set of criminal justice process, performance and outcome metrics; 
  • Proven track record managing resources, setting timelines, ensuring project stays on budget, and adhering to the project's scope and objectives; and,
  • Ability to scale up to offer a working system within 18 months.
