Bell and Howell, LLC is the developer of the Gunther Champion Software Platform and the sole company capable of performing system configuration and deployment as well as ongoing support and maintenance.
There are no third parties approved by Bell and Howell, LLC to perform maintenance services, or equipment, or software upgrades on Gunther manufactured equipment within the State of New York. Accordingly, Bell and Howell, LLC is the only
manufacturer of equipment that is designed and purpose built for use with Gunther Champion Software.
Description

DSS is requesting the Repair Services for extended hours (afterhours/weekend service) for Gunther Production Mail Inserters. This operation is part of the Office of Communications and Marketing. These extended after hours, and weekend repair service are meant for the repair of three Gunther production mail inserters. These Inserters are operated after hours on a regular 2nd work shift, and weekends and on holidays. They serve to process client letters and checks for daily delivery to the USPS.
