The existing contract with PSI Services LLC is due to expire on 05/31/2024. FDNY is utilizing the Negotiated Acquisition Extension procurement method for selecting the incumbent vendor in order to continue development, implementation, and validation of an Emergency Medical Services Physical Abilities. FDNY will enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension contract agreement with the incumbent vendor, pursuant to Section 3-04 (b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
Description

The Fire Department is seeking to continue the services with highly qualified Contractor to continue the development, implementation, and validation of an Emergency Medical Services Physical Abilities Test including but not limited to job requirement analyses, evaluation and validation; occupational injury analyses; statistical analyses; development of personnel selection procedures; development and implementation of physical ability testing; and validation of physical ability testing procedures. The existing contract with  Talogy LLC expired on 05/31/2024. FDNY is utilizing the Negotiated Acquisition Extension procurement method for selecting the incumbent vendor in order to continue development, implementation, and validation of an Emergency Medical Services Physical Abilities. The purpose of this NAE is to finalize development of the system and the replacement procurement process will not be initiated.  FDNY will enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension contract agreement with the incumbent vendor, pursuant to  Section 3-04 (b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
