This is an NAE with incumbent provider to maintain continuity of critical Non-Residential services for HRA clients for the minimum amount of time until a new RFP is processed according to PPB Rule 3-04(b)(2)(iii). The one year NAE is needed to continue services while vendor prepares response to open-ended RFP.
Description

The Office of Domestic Violence Services (DVS) is requesting a NAE (Negotiated Acquisition Extension) to extend Non-Residential services, provided by Barrier Free Living (BFL), for 12 months, to provide more time to release a new RFP. More time is needed to evaluate and discuss changes to the scope of the Non-Residential Domestic Violence Program.

Contract Term: 7/1/2024 - 6/30/2025

Contract Amount: $751,208.52 25%

Allowance $187,802.13 New Total $939,010.65

Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein. This NAE is part of the FY25 timeliness initiative.
