This is a NAE with incumbent provider to maintain continuity of critical Non-Residential services for HRA clients for the minimum amount of time until a new RFP is processed, according to PPB Rule 3-04(b)(2)(iii). The one year NAE is needed to continue services while vendor prepares response to open-ended RFP.
Description

The office of Domestic Violence Services (DVS) is requesting a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) to extend Non-Residential and Home+ Services, provided by HELP Social Service Corporation. This NAE will provide additional time for a new RFP release. More time is needed to evaluate and discuss changes to the scope of the Non-Residential Domestic Violence Program for the future RFP. Total contract amount is $1,464,161.66, including 25% allowance. Procurement and award are in accordance with PPB Rule Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) for the reasons set forth herein. This NAE is part of the FY25 timeliness initiative.
