NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Friday August 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM. The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call. Call-in #: 1-917-410-4077, ACCESS CODE: 704 408 641#.   

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed Purchase Order/Contract between the New York City 
Office of Technology and Innovation and, STRATFORD SOLUTIONS INC Located at 101 Crawfords Corner Rd suite 4-116 Holmdel, N.J. 07733 for the MWBE-7-858-0458A PSEM PROJECT MANAGER (PM3) POS. 2. The maximum amount of this Purchase Order/Contract will be $258,440.00. The term will be for one year from 06/24/2024- 06/22/2025.PIN #: 20240121127, E-PIN #: 85825W0023001.

The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules. 


Pursuant to Section 2-11(c)(3) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, if OTI does not receive, by August 22, 2024, from any individual a written request to speak at this hearing, then OTI need not conduct this hearing.
