Description

Department of Homeless Services is requesting a one-year Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE), allowance for repairs, and additional allowance for Acacia Network Housing Inc. – Milleniun Adult Family Facility contract. This site services 100 units located at 980 Prospect Ave, Bronx, NY 10459. The one-year NAE is necessary to continue services while provider works on submission of a proposal under the open-ended RFP. The contract term is 7/1/2024 – 06/30/2025. The total contract value is $7,397,875.00. This NAE is part of the FY25 timeliness initiative.
