Description

ARCHIBUS Application is used to manage critical real estate and facilities management activities such as management of work order for facilities needs 55 DCAS managed building from over 40 city agencies, tracking inventory, managing over 900 leases, tracking space and occupancy for over 5.7 million square feet and costs associated to leases. We need to continue subscription service to allow us to get updates to the application, manage the application effectively and continue to support real estate and facilities management’ critical functions. If we are unable to obtain the subscription service, we will not be able to get any critical patches or updates for the application and we would not be able to upgrade the application in the future. We will lose support for any critical issues that we may face while supporting the application use. Not having the subscription service, puts us at risk of not being able to support our end users when using the application, therefore put our DCAS real estate and facilities operations at risk.
