Description

The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or multiple (2-4) service contracts with qualified HVAC/ Chiller Maintenance and Repair vendors as required to provide labor and materials required for routine maintenance, repairs, and code compliance as required on all the existing chillers at the campuses and buildings operated by New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. The Chiller Maintenance and Repair Service vendors will be selected based on a thorough analysis of each company’s ability to provide NYC Health + Hospitals (“Corporation”) with the highest quality and value of service.
