The one year NAE is needed to continue services while vendor prepares response to open-ended RFP.
Description

Department of Homeless Services is requesting a one-year Negotiated Acquisition Extension, allowance for repairs, and additional allowance for Acacia Network Housing Inc. – Carmen Family Residence contract. The site services 81 Families with Children and is located at the following address: 1650 Undercliff Avenue, Bronx, NY 10453. This is a negotiated acquisition extension with incumbent provider to maintain continuity of services for the minimum amount of time until a new RFP is processed. The NAE is necessary to continue services while provider works on submission of a proposal under the open-ended RFP. Contract is part of the FY25 timeliness initiative.
