Description

SCOPE OF SERVICES: INCLUDES MIGRATION & MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR CLOUD BASED VERSION OF QUALTRAX LICENSES

Vendor shall transition OCME from Qualtrax server support to Qualtrax cloud-based services

  • Qualtrax migration to hosted includes implementation, configuration and access to cloud services.
  • Qualtrax hosted platform
  • 585 Dedicated licenses
  • 5 CONCURENT licenses

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2028.  

renewal options: two two-year periods.  the following shall apply:

  • a. renewal option one: pricing shall be consistent with Year 4 rates plus a 5% increase.
  • b. renewal option two: pricing shall be consistent with rates in Renewal 1 of 2 plus a 5% increase.

INVOICING
Payment for services shall become due and payable upon the submission of invoices, at the beginning of the contract year; invoices shall detail the services provided by Vendor in the contract year and shall be in form and substance acceptable to the City. Payment shall be made in accordance with the Procurement Policy Board Rules, Section 4-06. Vendors must submit invoices via the PASSPort portal.
