This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (“PPB”) Rules. This procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (“M/WBEs”). This contract for Various Information Technology Cabling Supplies and Accessories (or approved equals) (“Goods”) on an As-Needed Basis for the New York City Department of Sanitation (“DSNY”), may not exceed $100,000 inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals, and extensions. The award will be made as a Blanket Purchase Order (“PO”) for the item(s) indicated on the Schedule of Prices, based on the responsive and responsible bid with the lowest total bid price based upon DSNY’s estimated quantities. This contract is non-exclusive.
