Description

To provide Homelessness prevention services for Section 8 participants in the Bronx, borough wide. This Homelessness Prevention Program is intended to provide assistance to vulnerable households who may be at risk of losing their housing, their Section 8 subsidy and those who could benefit from limited assistance to achieve stability.
