Open order for the purchase of Akron brass replacement parts to be delivered as called for on shipping instructions by the fire department of the city of New York. Contract term from date of award for a period of two years, or depletion of funds, unless otherwise terminated, cancelled, abrogated or amended. Items to be purchased include but are not limited to the items listed in the item tab. If an item is not listed, price quotes will be requested prior to ordering and the vendor must provide price support along with the invoice. Award will be based on the highest percentage discount off the Akron manufacturer price guide list & Akron parts list. Percentage discount to remain firm from date of award through the term of the contract. FDNY does not guarantee quantity to be ordered or amount spent. In the event a new price list for either of the above is issued by the manufacturer, a copy must be submitted to the FDNY for approval prior to use.
