Notice of Intent to Renew Renewal - Transitional Supportive Congregate Housing HASA Unique People Services, Inc. 201 East Burnside Avenue, Bronx, NY 10457 EPIN: 06920P8177KXLR001 The New York City Human Resources Administration through its HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) intends to renew one (1) contract with the contractor listed above for the provision of Non-Emergency Transitional Congregate supportive housing for People Living with AIDS (PLWAs) or Advanced HIV related illnesses and their families. In addition to providing housing, Unique People Services Inc. will provide counseling and referral services, as well as advocacy on behalf of clients for financial entitlements and other eligible services as needed based on the Transitional Congregate agreement. The program is located in the borough of the Bronx. The renewal term of the contract will be from 12/1/2024 to 11/30/2028.
