Description

This Contract is for the abatement and disposal of lead paint and contaminated lead paint and non-lead based paint on the interior and exterior structures and equipment of New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) facilities located within the five boroughs of New York City. All Work is provided on an as-needed basis and upon the issuance of a Work Order Letter. This Contract focuses primarily on lead-based paint; however, in some facilities, the paint may also contain contaminants such as polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), asbestos, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury.
