This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions. Through this solicitation, the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is seeking an appropriately qualified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) vendor to provide Citywide HVAC maintenance services at various community centers within NYCHA facilities. Community Centers are located citywide and are subject to change at any time during the life of the contract term.
