Description

The NYC Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) has spent the last six years building out and perfecting the Participant Tracking System and Evaluation Management System in DYCD Connect on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The on-premises version of Dynamics CRM 8.x is end-of-life, and DYCD is looking to migrate the existing DYCD Connect application to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online. All existing functionality and master data will need be migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online which will include new development and configuration of system components to ensure business functions continue to work on the cloud version. DYCD’s vision is to enhance the existing DYCD Connect application via the improved functionality and capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online.
