ACS has determined that it is in the best interest of the City to utilize the Negotiation Acquisition Extension procurement method to extend its Clinical Consultation program with CCNY for an additional year, from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, to avoid any gaps in these critical services while preparing to release a new RFP.
Description

ACS is extending its Clinical Consultation Program (Queens site) with The Child Center of NY (CCNY) via the Negotiation Acquisition Extension procurement method for an additional year, from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, to avoid any gaps in services while preparing to release a new RFP. ACS anticipates releasing this RFP in Spring 2024 with an anticipated award start date of January 1, 2025. All terms and conditions remain the same as the underlying contract.
