Description

The uninterrupted continuation of this contract is needed to keep providing Oil Spill Response Operation and Floatable Program Support at the Various Locs. throughout NYC Harbors at multiple sites. This contract provides a critical service for the Marine Section to meet USCG Regs. on the Clean Water Act to Maintain a Certified Classified OSRO that meets our Facility and Vessel MMPD and WCD1 reqs. Marine Section maintains (5) sludge vessels, a barge, skimmer vessels and a fleet of small vessels. The contract provides us with a Vendor to perform Emergency Spill Response; Drills, Cleanup operations on the water and on land, and CSO support.
