The purpose of this solicitation is to establish multiple awards for the collection of outstanding City judgments/debt assigned to, and/or issued by the New York City Department of Finance (DOF). Vendors able to demonstrate sufficient expertise and experience in providing debt collection services in a legal and ethical manner are invited to bid. All debtor judgments to be collected pursuant to this contract are docketed in New York. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page and click on the “PASSPort Public” or "Procurement Navigator" blue boxes. This will take you to the Public Portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system.

To quickly locate the RFx, insert the EPIN 83624B0001 into the Keywords search field for additional details including the release date and pre-bid conference (optional). This procurement is subject to Local Law 1 - M/WBE.
