Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held at the Department of Environmental Protection Offices, 59-17 Junction Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11373 on May 9, 2024, commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Gannett Fleming Dewberry DEP Partners, Joint Venture, 250 W.34 Street, Suite 630, New York, NY 10119 for RESAMSAF CM: Construction Management Services for the Central Park Reservoir and Silver Lake Reservoir Rehabilitation.  The Contract term shall be 2,342 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $24,606,034.25—Location: Boroughs of Manhattan and Staten Island;

EPIN: 82624P0007.

 

This contract was selected as a Competitive Sealed Proposal pursuant to Section 3-03 of the PPB Rules.
