The Work under this Contract is to provide all necessary labor, parts, materials, and equipment for the removal, transportation and disposal of Residuals, from the Wastewater Resource Recovery Facilities and other DEP facilities on an as-needed basis. This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
