Description

The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission ("TLC") is seeking proposals form experienced and qualifed vendors in test development. The selected vendor must be able to perform: item writing, test analysis to redevelop the TLC Driver License Exam as necessary, and use of its own existing software, to host and administer the exam at multiple secure vendor owned, computer-based test center facilities located within the five (5) boroughs of New York City. Additionally, any proposer awarded a contract will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prohibiting the disclosure of the test contents and related information. To avoid conflicts of interest, it is TLC's objective to award the testing services contract to a vendor wholly independent of the Authorized Education Providers in the last five (5) years will be rejected as non-responsive to this solicitation.
