NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing can be accessed via Teams or Call-in by Phone:

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the New York City Board of Elections and Uber Technologies Inc, located at 1725 3rd Street, San Francisco, California 94158 for the provision of transportation for poll workers and Board of Election Staff. The proposed contract is in the amount of $1,000,000.00. The contract term shall be from November 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027 with a two-year renewal option.  PIN# 003202408.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract will be available for public inspection at the Office of The board of Elections in The City of New York, 32 Broadway, 7th Fl., New York, NY 10004 from April 15, 2024 to April 25, 2024, excluding weekends and holidays, from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM.
