This Project consists of Removal of existing gas fired rooftop AC units and providing new VRF heat pump equipment with DOAS Heat Pump unit. Provide replacement of gas fired HWH and replace with Electric storage type HWH. Provide associated lighting and ceiling replacement to facilitate work. CB: Staten Island 2
