Description

DDC-intends to enter into one (1) requirements contract for design-build program consulting and owner’s representative services for both Public Buildings and Infrastructure projects. Such services will be required in accordance with Task Orders issued by the Commissioner in accordance with Article 4 of the Form of Contract. The scope of services is summarized in Section II, A. of this RFP, and a detailed scope of services is set forth in the Form of Contract.
