IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and Mola Group Corp., located at 450 Park Ave S 3rd floor, New York, New York, 10016; EPIN: #06824W0023001, in the amount of $108,657.68. The proposed contract is for Seamless GovOS - E forms Platform, with a term of January 21, 2024 to January 20, 2025.
IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and Wildkale DOT Com Inc., located at 211 N End Avenue, New York, New York, EPIN: #06824W0021001, in the amount of $200,000.00. The proposed contract is for Delivery of Individually Wrapped Sliced Sandwich Bread & Bagels, with a term of June 30, 2024 to June 29, 2026.
IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and Buffalo Provisions Distributors Inc., located at 40-09 76th Street, Elmhurst, New York, 11373; EPIN: #06824W0022001, in the amount of $195,000.00. The proposed contract is for Kitchen and Miscellaneous Food Products, with a term of June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026.
The proposed contractor has been selected by means of the M/WBE Small Purchase procurement method, pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
