NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing can be accessed via Teams or Call-in by Phone:

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Citywide Administrative Services of the City of New York and Genuine Parts Company, located at 1770 New Durham Road, South Plainfield, NJ 07080, for procuring Citywide Automotive Parts, Supply and Staffing.  The contract is in the amount of $96,000,000.00.  The term of the contract will be three years from June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2026.  E-PIN #: 85724N0001001.

The proposed contractor has been selected by Negotiated Acquisition Method, pursuant to Section 3-04 (b)(2)(ii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.

 

A draft copy of the proposed contract may be inspected at the Office of Citywide Procurement, Vendor Relation Unit, One Centre Street, 18th Floor, New York, NY 10007, on business days, excluding Legal Holidays, from April 3, 2024 to April 11, 2024, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
