Description

The firm selected under this RFP will provide the SCA with the required competitive exam for the approximately twenty (20) competitive class titles. Examination developed by the consultant may include a variety of selection measurements and evaluation procedures including, but not limited to, written tests, multiple-choice tests, oral tests, structured interviews, evaluation of education, and experience and performance tests. Exams shall test for knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to effectively perform the functions of the job and must be able to distinguish between successful exam candidates. Exams shall be fair, equitable and unbiased toward all ethnic, racial, age and gender groups in compliance with all Federal, State and New York City EEO laws.
