The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (“HPD”) is hereby selecting the “Consultant” to develop an assessment (the “Assessment”) for 1-4 family homes participating in the HomeFix program throughout New York City (the “Project”). The Consultant shall develop a comprehensive Assessment that meets key City objectives. Consultant shall provide the following services which shall include, but not be limited to, the Tasks listed below and related deliverables. Although Consultant is expected to adhere to the Tasks, To the extent new subcontractors are required, Consultant shall ensure accordance with City, State, and Federal procurement regulations. Task 1.
