Description

The Contractor has been selected by OCME pursuant to New York City Procurement Policy Board ("PPB") Rule section 3-08(c)(1)(iv), M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchases Method. The Contractor will provide Professional Consultant, Architectural/Engineering, in response to the NYC Department of Buildings (NYC DOB) “Safe With A Repair and Maintenance Program” (SWARMP). Requested services will be performed in response to the issuance of written WORK ORDER (WO) authorization.
