The New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”), Supply Management and Procurement Department (“SMPD”), on behalf of NYCHA’s Contract Administering department, through this Solicitation, seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide NYCHA with services as referenced above. See also the specifications. Interested vendors are invited to obtain a copy of the opportunity at NYCHA’s website by going to http://www.nyc.gov/nychabusiness. TERM: 3 years + 2-one year extensions (at the discretion of NYCHA)

BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the “Contract Guaranteed Minimum” as stated in the contract documents is required at the time of submission of your bid. P&P Bonds in the amount of 100% of the guaranteed minimum will be required of the winning bidder prior to contract registration.

PURSUANT TO NYCHA'S PLA EFFECTIVE 1/1/2024, THIS CONTRACT IS NOT SUBJECT TO A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT. 

MWBE UTILIZATION PLAN: All vendors are required to participate in NYCHA's MWBE Utilization Plan. Vendors are required to complete and submit at least ONE of the following items by the due date listed: A. MWBE Utilization Plan: Due at time of bid submission OR B. Waiver (or Partial Waiver) of MWBE Utilization Plan: Must be submitted via email to MWBE at least seven (7) days prior to bid due date (requests for Partial Waivers MUST also be accompanied by MWBE Utilization Plan). Failure to complete the MWBE Utilization Plan or Waiver may deem your bid non-responsive.
