Description

Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the PPB Rules, the NYC Department of Probation intends to enter into a sole source contract with Community Software Solutions Inc. The vendor will provide licenses, hosting, maintenance and modification services for the DOP CONNECT system. DOP has determined that Community Software Solutions Inc. is the only source for these services as they are the sole owner of the proprietary DOP Connect system and all associated code. The term of the contract is anticipated to be April 15, 2024 to April 14, 2025. Any firm or organization which reasonably believes they can also provide these services should submit an expression of interest responding to the RFI EPIN 78124Y0030 in PASSPort no later than 4/5/24 at 2PM.
