The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a Competitive Sealed Bid for a qualified Contractor to inspect, test, upgrade, repair and maintain underground and above-ground petroleum storage tanks, above-ground fuel dispensing equipment, and leak detection systems at City-owned “Fuel Dispensing Sites” and provide disposal services for waste petroleum products.
