IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the New York City Law Department and Instaknow Com, Inc., located at 180 Talmadge Road, Edison, NJ 08817, pertaining to Instaknow annual license and professional services associated with the Law Department Process Automation Project continuation. Instaknow is the sole proprietor of the software. The contract is in an amount not to exceed $655,000.00. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2028.
