Description

Contractor shall provide a trunked Land Mobile Radio (“LMR”) communications system, including all required equipment, airtime, and no-fault maintenance, for BPS and BWS. The LMR system will permit radio coverage over at least 90% of the BPS and BWS patrol areas in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Sullivan, Delaware, Schoharie, Rockland, and Greene Counties in New York State as well as an interface with the primary Police dispatch channel on the City owned 800MHz system. This interface shall be remotely manageable by the Contractor and allow remote administration of the assigned LMR talk groups if necessary.
