NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held via a WebEx conference call on Friday, March 22, 2024, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER OF sixteen (16) proposed contracts between the Administration for Children’s Services and the contractors listed below for the provision of School-Based Early Support services.  The term of the proposed contracts will be from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027, with two 3-year renewal options at ACS’ discretion. The proposed contractors have been selected by means of the Competitive Sealed Proposal procurement method pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
