Description

This Project consists of the complete replacement of low-slope and pitched roofs and selective masonry replacements at exterior masonry walls and parapets. The new roofing systems will meet Energy Conservation Codes and improve the overall energy efficiency and weather-tightness of the building. Existing roof wood trusses with cracked members will be structurally reinforced and incidental interior finishes renovated and new to match the existing. CB Brooklyn 15
