Description

The New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) seeks the assistance of a qualified Contractor to provide technical and administrative to provide financial incentives and management support for the continuation of the NYC DOT Off-Hour Deliveries (OHD) Program. OHD is a citywide program that encourages food and non-food retailers and transporters to conduct their deliveries during the off-peak hours of 7pm and 6am.  NYCDOT Off-Hour Deliveries Program - FY22NDOT196.
