DEP intends to enter into a Sole Source Agreement with Metro Valve & Actuation for MVA-1 the purchase of Emerson/BETTIS Actuators and Parts. The Bureau of Wastewater Treatment has dozens of BETTIS Actuators for process pumping equipment with main sewage pumps and other process equipment and systems in its Citywide Wastewater Resource Recovery (WRRF) Facility. In order to maintain these facilities, purchase of original equipment manufacturer actuators and replacement parts are required.
