NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held at the Department of Environmental Protection Offices, 59-17 Junction Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11373 on March 21, 2024, commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Hazen and Sawyer, DPC, 498 Seventh Avenue, 11th Floor NY, 10018 for CRO-636-DES: Preliminary Design, Design, and Design Services During Construction for the Hillview South Connecting Conduit (SCC) Repair.  The Contract term shall be 3135 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $10,642,000.00—Location: NYC Watershed Region; EPIN: 82624P0004.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Arcadis of New York, Inc., 233 Broadway, 16th Floor, New York, NY, 10279 for BWSO-TCDS: Tap Card Management System.  The Contract term shall be 850 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $ 8,101,527.00—Location: Citywide; EPIN: 82623P0028.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Mott MacDonald NY, Inc., 1400 Broadway, 21st Floor NY, 10018 for CAT-511 DES: Preliminary Design, Design, and Design Services During Construction for the Tannersville Water Supply Resource Recovery Facility Collection System Repairs.  The Contract term shall be 2,556 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $ 4,984,291.76.00—Location: NYC Watershed Region; EPIN: 82623P0036.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Hazen and Sawyer, DPC, 498 Seventh Avenue, 11th Floor New York, NY, 10018 for PW-120-S: On-Call Design & DSDC on an as needed basis for DEPs Capital construction projects various BWT locations.  The Contract term shall be 1825 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $20,000,000.00—Location: Various Counties; EPIN: 82624P0002002.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Jacobs Civil Consultants Inc., 1 Penn Plaza, Suite 2400, New York, NY 10119 for PW-120-E: On-Call Design & DSDC on an as needed basis for DEPs Capital construction projects various BWT locations.  The Contract term shall be 1825 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $20,000,000.00—Location: Various Counties; EPIN: 82624P0002001.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Eckenfelder Engineering PC dba Brown and Caldwell Associates, 1350 Broadway, Rm 200, New York, NY 10018 for PW-120-N: On-Call Design & DSDC on an as needed basis for DEPs Capital construction projects various BWT locations.  The Contract term shall be 1825 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $20,000,000.00—Location: Various Counties; EPIN: 82624P0002003.

These contracts were selected as a Competitive Sealed Proposal pursuant to Section 3-03 of the PPB Rules.
