The contract resulting from this negotiated acquisition extension procurement will be terminated if the new contract awards are registered prior to the end date of the negotiated acquisition contract.
Description

Convergint Technologies LLC was the primary security vendor. This procurement is related to 02520X002564 for remaining outstanding 2023 invoices plus 2022 carryover. The additional work was not anticipated by the vendor or the Department at the time the original contract was entered into. This NAE is for services rendered as well as needed continuity of work while a replacement competitive procurement is completed and released”.
