Description

The Contractor has been selected by OCME pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PBB) Rules. The Contractor will furnish all materials, labor, supervision, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to provide full-service Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services to four (4) facilities and locations owned and/or operated by the OCME.
