NYC Department for the Aging (NYC Aging) intends to enter into an agreement with the Preferred Source vendor, New York State Industries for the Disabled Inc. (NYSID), to Prepare, Scan, Digitize, and Archive via USB Thumb Drive the Office of Human Resources’ personnel folders and timesheets. Services to include offsite scanning to PDF/A format with custom naming per file within records.
